Who we are
Bogna J. Gladden-Obidzińska earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Philosophy at the University of Warsaw and her International Baccalaureate (IB) at the United World College of the Adriatic in Duino, Italy. She has served as Assistant Professor at the Jagiellonian University and Lecturer at the University of Warsaw, directed grant-funded international research projects, and enjoyed research fellowships in Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Poland, and the United States. She is a member of the American and European Societies for Aesthetics.
In addition to teaching courses on modern philosophy, philosophy of culture, aesthetics, and ethics, she teaches specialized programs in ethics for professionals. She is also an award-winning author and a public speaker on contemporary issues with over 50 media appearances. She has been a member of the boards of numerous organizations and served as a management and ethics consultant to businesses and nonprofit institutions.
As an executive coach, she combines contemporary best practices in professional coaching with relevant insights from philosophy and critical thinking to create a fruitful experience for her clients. Dr. Gladden-Obidzińska completed her training in Executive Coaching with the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Continuing Education and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) who adheres to its Global Code of Ethics and Diversity Policy.
She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Polish and conversational in Italian.
